INITIAL
ASSESSMENT
90 minutes | $158.80
The comprehensive psychosocial assessment addresses both problems and strengths of the client. The assessment spells out the implications for treatment planning and delivery of care.
INDIVIDUAL
SESSION
60 minutes | $172.72
Individual therapy may encompass many different treatment styles dealing with working on the issues that brought a client into therapy.
SLIDING SCALE
FEES
An adjustment in fees can be made for those without insurance and with a limited income.
INSURANCE ACCEPTED
Provision of services is directed by funding from the Oregon Health Plan, including contracts with CareOregon, Trillium and OHP Open Card. After an initial assessment period, clients are served once every other week. If you believe you need treatment more frequently than this, require case management, or need to be seen more urgently, a referral will be made to services that more adequately meet your needs.
